Registration fee for Accompanying person includes: Opening Ceremony, Social dinner, Sightseeing tour.

Cancellation policy fee € 50,00 per person.

Submitted abstracts related to the topics of the Congress will be selected for presentation as posters or oral communications.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS: MAY 31, 2010
Notification of acceptance will be mailed to presenting author by JUNE, 2010
Authors presenting accepted abstracts should register by ……………….. in order to be included in the final program.

Abstracts can be submitted as follows:

1) ON-LINE
To use this method participants will have to click the button "Abstract Form"
The author will then have to enter the abstract data:
• preferred form of presentation (oral or poster)
• selection of one or more topics the abstract refers to
• key words (max. 3)
• title- co-authors (if any) - Authors must be quoted with SURNAME (capital letters) plus initial of the first name (Ex. SMITH J.)
• for each co-author, please specify name, surname, town and affiliations
• text of the abstract:
1) maximum of 300 words (title, key words, author(s) and affiliations excluded)
2) Single spacing, font "Times New Roman", font size: 12 points
3) Language: English

Clicking on the "Abstract Form" button the abstract will be submitted and the screen will display the reception confirmation.


2) PAPER FORMAT
Abstracts can be sent :
a) by e-mail as a Microsoft Word attachment to the address: info@overconsult.it
b) by mail on a common A4 sheet of paper together with a CD or floppy disk with a Microsoft Word file, to: Over Media Consult – Via Pagliari 2 – 26100 Cremona
